Power as ranking highest in auto claims satisfaction, according to their 2016 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study.SM With an index score of 891, The Hartford saw a 21-point improvement from 2015, driven by strong results in the first notice of loss and service interaction factors. The study measures customer satisfaction from 12,228 auto insurance customers who have settled an automobile collision claim within the past six months.
